MidcoNet^® service exists to provide broadband Internet access and hosting to our customers. In the interest of insuring consistent, quality service to our customers the following policy was created. The goal of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is protection not restriction. (view acceptable use policy)

 

Warning: MidcoNet^® network engineers use a variety of advanced techniques to monitor the network for performance and violation of the AUP. They thoroughly investigate complaints from other ISP's and their customers regarding violations of the law or the AUP. Customers found in violation of the rules of AUP have already been disconnected. For clear, verifiable violations our stance is "disconnect first, ask questions later".
