WebMail Tutorial - Add Address to Blacklist

*Please note that the blacklist feature only works in webmail.  It will not affect your email if you use a webmail client such as Outlook.

 

Step 1
To add an email address to the 'Blacklist', or to permanently block it from your WebMail, start by clicking on the "Filters" icon in the top Navigation Bar.


 

After clicking on the "Filters" icon, you will be presented with the screen shown below:


 

 

Step 2

Click on the red "Blacklist" link as shown.

 

Step 3

To block an email address; add it to the list as indicated below. One email address per line.
