Giving Back
The Midcontinent Media Foundation, established in 1987, is the charitable arm of the Midcontinent family of companies. To date, the Foundation has contributed over two million dollars to support the work of non-profit organizations throughout the Midcontinent service area. Organizations that serve our communities are encouraged to apply for future grants for special projects, facilities improvements, equipment, and programs (not operational costs). Priority is given to organizations that operate within our service area.
The Foundation reviews all grants in March and September of each year. Our next deadline for applications is July 10, 2010. Funding is distributed shortly after Foundation approval.
As we are expanding our program to assist domestic violence victims and their children, your generous donation couldn’t have come at a better time.
